Lucid Food Focaccia Pesto Sandwich Recipe
- Rosemary focaccia bread from Tomcat Bakery in Long Island City
- Cut in half
- Add Pesto generously {pesto recipe: basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper.}
- Thinly slice yellow and red tomatoes for color contrast
- Fishing off with a little salt and pepper…
- and a drizzle of olive oil to carry flavor.
