There's a press conference scheduled in New York to announce a new concept in building construction that could actually help save us from our dire environmental situation on so many levels - the dynamic tower.

We mentioned a few weeks ago the availability of a vertical wind turbine for suburban use. Well, lets take that idea to a whole new amazing scale - how bout an entire building that acts like a wind turbine! The extraordinary irony of all this is that the wind energy producing building will be built first in Dubai, then another in Moscow. Both oil-producing capitals. America should feel, if not shamed, well then at least a tad bit lame.
