Barack Obama Your “Mama” Tattoo?
An email blast from MoveOn.org reveals that the group is considering hawking Barack Obama tattoos of the temporary variety (in case he fails to get himself elected?) asking its membership to answer a survey helping to determine how to, or whether or not to, give their initiative the green light:
Would you want this FREE temporary tattoo?
If we gave this temporary tattoo away for FREE (no strings), would you order one?
Would you wear it somewhere visible?
How likely would you be to buy a 10-pack for $5?
How likely would you be to forward an email to your friends, so that they could also get this tattoo for free?
We want to know if Move On is trying to position Obama as the “mama” candidate: strong on domestic issues rather than eclipsing those pressing concerns with “daddy” foreign policy/security concerns *cough* Iraq. More importantly, is Obama set to knock “Mom” off of the venerable heart tattoo?
